Discuss “Men's tennis places seventh in UAAs”

A long drawn-out battle against Brandeis ended the men?s tennis team?s UAA tournament run Saturday. The team lost a tough match, 3?4 to the Judges despite strong efforts in both singles and doubles play. Ultimately, the match came down to a third set tiebreaker between sophomore Jordan Koslosky and the Judges? Adam Sher at fifth singles. When Sher pulled out a marathon victory, it spelled doom for the Tartans.

The match started well for Carnegie Mellon, who took the doubles point by winning two of three sets in doubles competition. First-years Andrew Clearfield and Stephen Kuhn continued their strong paired play, breezing to an 8?4 victory, while the second team, led by first-year Ryan Laws, pulled out a tough match, winning in extra sets...
