Spoiler: The name is a pun! After a stuntman has a bad accident, he convalesces in a hospital where he spins a fantastical yarn to another young patient. From the director of The Cell, with the same sort of crazy imagery (from 18 different countries!), this movie does not star Jennifer Lopez, and is therefore appropriate for viewing.

It’s hard to believe that the guy who just stabbed a pencil through another man’s eye is the same guy who sang “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” to Julia Stiles only a few years ago. But it is. Packed with non-stop action, futuristic weapons, and more ethical dilemmas than the state of Alaska, this sequel to Batman Begins has Batman battling the Joker for the hearts and minds of Gotham’s people. Spoiler: When you make Kant fight Mill, no one blows up the boat.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day
Saturday, Nov. 15
7:30 10 12:30
Arnold makes good on his promise to be back. This time, the Terminator helps the Connor family stay alive as they fight the fearsome mimetic polyalloy T-1000 prototype. Sadly, the T-1000 can take other people’s forms, creating intense drama for the young John Connor. It’s a good thing that Carnegie Mellon’s death robots will not cause this sort of social disintegration.

Morgan Freeman, who recently finished playing sidekick to Tim Robbins in The Shawshank Redemption, plays sidekick to Brad Pitt in this film about a pair of detectives investigating a series of crimes based off of the seven deadly sins. Yes, this is the movie where the guy explodes after eating too much. Name that sin!
