Discuss “Letter to the editor”

I’m writing in response to the April 14 “Campus Chic” article in The Tartan. I take issue with a number of statements made in the article.

Dear The Tartan,

I see that Sen. McCain has come to Pennsylvania to speak to the students on a college campus.

I am glad that a presidential candidate presumptive GOP nominee continues to hammer his message. I understand that according to a campus poll at one of the Pennsyvania college, Sen. McCain has the majority of the students' support amongst the respondents.

I hope that our Democratic party contenders don't damage each other so greatly by June 2008 that they can't in all honesty run as a ticket or even "endorse" each other.

The nine (9) % undecided voters who have not selected either Sen. Obama or Sen. Clinton are very likely to support Sen. John McCain if they do go to vote on April 22nd, Tuesday (that tomorrow!).

The desire from this Hawaii resident is that your campus activities weren't too distracted from your studies and normal extracurricualr clubs and sports. Best of luck and wishes in your studies, career, and aspirations.

Me Ke Aloha Pumehana
(with warmest regards),

Froma the Aloha State,
