We believe that the ultimate measure of how well a school is doing is how satisfied and happy their students are right now.

The current system is the equivalent of saying this restaurant has a reputation of serving great food, it has a great chef and it uses the best ingredients. Does any of that really matter if at the end of the day, a random diner went to a that restaurant and had a lousy meal?

They key is moving away from reputations and perceived value but more to who's delivering the goods right now.
